I understand that abstinence may not always be possible but we seek to reduce harm and work through the issues leading to substance use or other addictive behaviors. Depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma are all part of those driving forces. We can explore the issues behind addiction to help you make meaningful and powerful changes in your own life.

My approach
Looking at addiction we have to acknowledge the driving force behind it. I approach my clients with a sense of empathy and solution-focused therapy. I believe strongly in the harm-reduction model and treat each client as an individual in their own journey. I don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" therapy so let's find what works for you.
